I know you’ll notice that anytime now. Unfortunately, it’s the talk of the city (and province). All the president’s men are doing the same thing–a Marcos strategy of building a local political base for negotiation with future presidents.
If there’s a half-way decent candidate in Iloilo City, he/she would win against Mr. Gonzalez.
